Guide them to achieve the business targets, profitability & productivity targets and operational efficacy. - Achieve the targets for Loan Against Property for various quarters &for FY. - Achieve TPD and fee income targets on quarter and FY. - Ensure there is no SEMI/ FEMI/ TEMI cases outstanding by month end. - Ensure operational efficiency of DST and ensuring systems and procedures followed by RM's and field staff. - Ensure prompt resolution on customer grievances/ customer complaints in the region. - Recruitment of right candidate to meet the assigned targets. - Minimizing zone level attrition - Ensuring cordial relationship with RL branch heads to increase lead funnel, ensuring qualitative visits to RL branches by RM, ASM, RH & Self.
