Credit Underwriting & Approval: - Evaluate and approve HL & LAP proposals within delegated authority. - Ensure thorough financial analysis, collateral evaluation, and risk assessment. - Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and maintain service level agreements. Portfolio Management: - Maintain portfolio health by monitoring delinquency trends and early warning signals. - Conduct periodic reviews and audits of credit files and documentation. - Implement corrective actions for high-risk accounts. Policy & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI regulations. - Recommend policy changes based on market dynamics and risk trends. - Coordinate with legal and technical teams for quality reports and compliance.
