Zonal Head - B2B Sales - North Indian Region
Description: Develop/execute sales strategies, manage/mentor the sales team, identify new business opportunities and ensure revenue targets are met.
Key responsibilities involve building client relationships, setting performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. This role requires a strong track record in B2B sales management, leadership skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies, set sales targets, and create forecasts.
- Team leadership: Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust plans to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, often involving high-value transactions.
