Job Description:


A senior zonal B2B leadership role responsible for driving profitable business growth across the West region. The role focuses on expanding project-based sales through influencer management, strengthening dealer and OEM networks, improving sales effectiveness, and driving new product adoption. It also ensures strong people development, risk management, and compliance through close engagement with key stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Driving profitable B2B growth across the West region through strategic initiatives and influencer management.

2. Implementing sales excellence initiatives by strengthening project dealer networks and promoting digital lock solutions in focus verticals.

3. Expanding influencer and OEM engagement to improve pre-sales specification, conversion, and wallet share.

4. Enhancing sales force effectiveness through competitor intelligence, market trend analysis, and project-based selling.

5. Building organizational capability and compliance through people development, risk mitigation, and adherence to safety and corporate processes.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in managing B2B sales and driving profitable business growth across large, multi-state regions.

2. Proven capability in influencer management, including architects, interior designers, PMCs, OEMs, and government authorities.

3. Ability to build and manage project dealer networks and execute sales excellence initiatives across focus verticals.

4. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor intelligence, and project-level opportunities for higher conversion.

5. Leadership capability to develop teams, manage business risks, and ensure adherence to corporate processes, safety, and compliance standards.
