Zonal Head/Associate Director - Warehouse Operations - eCommerce

Role Overview :

- This role is responsible for leading large-scale zonal operations across a complex supply chain network. The position will drive execution across fulfillment, distribution, and logistics infrastructure, with a focus on scaling operations, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent service levels.

- The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-site environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee operations across multiple fulfillment and distribution sites within the zone

- Lead the setup and expansion of warehouses and logistics infrastructure, including new site launches

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on throughput, cost control, and service reliability

- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen network design and optimize last-mile performance

- Drive adoption of best practices in supply chain operations, including automation and process standardization

- Own service quality metrics and ensure consistent delivery performance across locations

- Manage financials for the zone, including budgeting, cost optimization, and overall P&L performance

- Lead large, distributed teams and ensure strong execution across all operational layers

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in warehouse operations

- Must be in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or logistics

- Handling multiple warehouses
