Zonal Head - Agency - Life Insurance

We have an urgent opening for the position of Zonal Head in Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Job Responsibilities:-

- To handle a team of 3 to 5 Associate Regional Manager.

- Responsible for Target achievement of entire Region.

- Ensuring better delivery, quality, and overall operating relationship of the company.

- To monitor Product Mix/Riders so that branch profitability is maintained.

- Formulating business development plans to achieve business targets.

- Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services.

- Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.

- Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.

- Preparing short term and long term sales budgets and developing business plans for new resource deployment and enhancing fresh business.

- Conceptualizing & implementing need-based selling strategies and recruitments for penetration and establishment of brand in unexplored areas to enhance business.
