Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expansion across multiple regions by building and strengthening a robust distribution channel of existing and new MFDs (Mutual Fund Distributors).
- Lead regional teams and ensure effective execution of business strategies across all Pan India locations.
- Organize and oversee large-scale distributor engagement programs, roadshows, and training initiatives to enhance partner productivity.
- Actively participate in high-value client meetings with distributors and partners, supporting them in closures and business conversions.
- Design and implement region-wise marketing and outreach campaigns to accelerate distribution penetration.
- Monitor regional business performance, AUM growth, and SIP additions, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management for zonal and regional managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key distributors, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Report directly to the National Business Head/Management, providing insights on market trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading business development and distribution management at a regional/national level within the financial services/AMC/wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of the MFD ecosystem, financial distribution models, and mutual fund industry dynamics.
- Graduate/MBA/Post Graduate with 812 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Ability to manage large, geographically diverse teams and deliver business growth across multiple markets.
