Qualification: CA (8+ Yrs) / MBA Finance (12+ Yrs)

Role Overview:

Strategic finance leader responsible for financial operations of a multi-specialty hospital zone. Partner with leadership to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Controllership: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow management

- Budgeting & MIS: Annual budgets, variance analysis, management reporting

- Billing & Collections: Oversee billing operations and revenue cycle

- Compliance & Audit: Statutory compliance, internal/external audits

- Cost Control: Pricing strategy, cost optimization, resource utilization

- Team Leadership: Mentor finance team, drive process improvements

Desired Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant with 8+ years or MBA Finance with 12+ years

- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
