Zonal Collection Manager - Banking

Job Title : Zonal Collection Manager - Mortgage

Location : Kolkata

Experience : 6 years in Banks/NBFCs (including 4-5 years as RCM/ACM)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Zonal Collection Manager to lead mortgage collections for the Eastern zone, based out of Kolkata.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing collections, leading large teams, and driving recovery strategies within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective zonal collection strategies to meet recovery targets and reduce delinquency.

- Monitor portfolio health and implement corrective actions for high-risk segments.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing zonal collections team.

- Collaborate with regional and national teams to align strategies and share best practices.

- Handle escalated customer cases and oversee legal recovery proceedings, including coordination with legal counsel.

- Generate and analyze collection reports, identifying trends and areas of concern.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in collections within Banks or NBFCs.

- At least 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Regional Collection Manager (RCM) or Area Collection Manager (ACM).

- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and collections processes.

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
