Position: Business Head - Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad & Noida

Location: Gurugram / Delhi

Experience: 12 - 15+ Years

Qualification: B.Sc. / B. Pharma + MBA

As the Zonal Head for North India, you will serve as the primary business leader responsible for driving the commercial success and operational excellence of our IVF and Gynecology hospital network across the region. You will oversee a high-performing team of cluster managers and clinical leads, ensuring that our patient care standards are met while aggressively scaling our market footprint.

This role requires a strategic visionary who can bridge the gap between clinical outcomes and business profitability. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, medical directors, and external stakeholders to

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving business growth.

- Demonstrated success in establishing and developing referral channels.

- Prior experience managing business operations across 2 - 3 states.

- Experience with reputed hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, or allied healthcare organizations.

- Strong leadership skills with a growth and business expansion mindset.

- Preference for candidates with experience in Gynecology and/or IVF.

- Candidates aged 35 years and above preferred.
