Zonal Business Head - SIS (Shop-in-Shop)
Role Purpose:
Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability of SIS business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve sales targets (footfall, conversion, ticket size)
- Drive promotions, upselling, and revenue initiatives
- Expand SIS network in high-sales potential locations
- Manage P&L with focus on sales-led margins
- Monitor store productivity and improve underperformance
