Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B sales efforts with real estate developers (Category B & C), driving substantial revenue growth
- Build, mentor, and manage zonal sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Achieve ambitious monthly sales goals, with accountability for 30 Crore+ in sales
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and leadership teams to refine and enhance market offerings
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business
Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within real estate
- Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering sales targets of 30 Crore+ monthly
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute is preferred
