Hiring: Zonal Business Head High Value LAP
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Indore
Reporting to: National Sales Head / Business Head
Role Objective:
Drive growth of Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) business across the assigned zone by leading sales teams, expanding channels, ensuring compliance, and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP
- Lead, train, and motivate multi-location sales teams
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and connectors
- Ensure portfolio quality, risk control, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor competition and implement effective growth strategies
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of LAP products and market dynamics
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 814 years of LAP sales experience
- 34 years in a leadership role managing multi-location teams
- Consistent track record of achieving business targets
