Zonal Business Finance Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description:

Industry - Listed entity in Manufacturing sector.

Preferred Industry:

- Manufacturing sector i.e FMCG/FMCD/Cement/Auto component/Automobile/Paint etc.

Work locations:

- Bangalore & Mumbai

Working days:

- 6 days working, work from office

Purpose of the Role:

This role is the commercial backbone for the Zone/Region.

You will be responsible for ensuring pricing competitiveness, commercial policy benchmarking, financial control over SG&A, vendor compliance, and statutory GST/Income Tax hygiene at zonal level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pricing & Commercial Policy:

- Track Competition Sell-Out Pricing & Promotions on a regular basis.

- Benchmark competition on Commercial Policy and Process.

- Regular reporting to Senior Management on price positioning and policy gaps.

2. Review of Expenses:

- Monthly review of GL accounts and expenses.

- Monthly update on SG&A Budget Vs Actuals.

- Ensure expenses are incurred within approved budget at Zonal/Regional level.

3. Reconciliation & Analysis (MIS):

- Establish PO-based payments at Zonal Office.

- Vendor reconciliation and ageing control.

- Credit Note/Debit Note Pre & Post reconciliation of scheme effectiveness.

- Financial analysis on various zonal/regional level activities.

4. GST and Income Tax Related Activities:

- GST Reconciliation.

- ITC availed but not eligible, ITC available but not availed, etc.

- Taking corrective actions on vendors who have not filed returns.

- Ensure vendors are appointed with valid GST and PAN compliance.

- Upto 25LPA including 10% variable
