The role will lead and manage clinical applications support for Ultrasound (USG) and Mammography modalities across South India . The role ensures excellence in product demonstrations, user training, and post-installation support while mentoring regional application teams and driving customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Application & Training:
- Conduct advanced user training sessions for clinicians, radiologists, and technicians on ultrasound and mammography systems.
- Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes through image optimization, workflow customization, and best practice sharing.
- Support installation teams for clinical acceptance and smooth handover of equipment.
- Provide refresher and advanced training to existing users for continued engagement.
2. Product Demonstration & Sales Support:
- Lead pre-sales demonstrations and clinical evaluations across key hospitals and diagnostic centers.
- Work closely with the sales team to highlight product strengths and address clinical requirements during presentations.
- Support tender processes by providing product comparisons, technical inputs, and clinical insights.
- Track and analyze demo-to-sale conversion metrics and suggest improvements.
3. Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Guide and mentor regional application specialists within the zone, ensuring consistency in training quality and delivery.
- Develop and implement standardized application protocols and training modules across modalities.
- Conduct internal capability-building programs for new hires and channel application teams.
4. Customer Relationship & Satisfaction:
- Act as the primary clinical contact for key customers in the zone.
- Regularly visit user sites to monitor system usage, gather feedback, and resolve clinical issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and continuous engagement.
- Partner with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and organize CME programs, workshops, and webinars to promote clinical excellence.
5. Coordination & Feedback:
- Liaise with product management, marketing, and R&D teams to share customer feedback and feature enhancement suggestions.
- Collaborate with the service team to address system performance issues affecting clinical usage.
- Maintain detailed reports on training, customer visits, and product performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or Allied Health Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ultrasound and/or mammography applications, with at least 3 years in a zonal or senior application role.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
