Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation aligned with the overall business strategy - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Manage the recruitment process and assess the hiring needs - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital - Nurture a positive working environment and resolve conflicts through professional mediation - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Maintain pay plan and benefits program including rewards & recognition - Assess training and coaching needs to apply and monitor training programs - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Ensure high level of employee engagement through various HR initiatives Requirements: - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field - Candidates with prior startup experience will be preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player, well-organized and goal oriented - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Experience in managing a team
