JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Business Analyst Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders in discussions to capture their needs and craft data-driven solutions to conquer tough business challenges. - Analysis & Insights: Use your SQL / Python skills to query, manipulate, and dissect data from an array of sources, databases, and data warehouses. - Uncover trends, spot patterns, and unravel anomalies. - Transform these revelations into actionable insights and drive our company forward. - Storytelling: Become a master storyteller with data and build compelling narratives through dashboards, and visualizations. - Data Quality: Safeguarding the sanctity of data through validation and quality checks. - Scripting: Build connections between our analytics database and third-party systems QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree /Master's Degree Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in SQL, Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques. - Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with data modeling and database design. - Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. - Previous experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare
