Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across multiple Z Hotels properties pan-India.
- This first-of-its-kind central role will own pricing, forecasting, and distribution across all hotels-working closely with property teams, sales, and marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue contribution.
- This position offers an opportunity to shape the revenue playbook for a fast-scaling hospitality brand and drive business outcomes with high leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue strategy for multiple Z Hotels properties across India.
- Develop dynamic pricing models to balance occupancy and ADR targets.
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenues with data accuracy.
- Manage OTA relationships (MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) to optimize visibility and profitability.
- Ensure rate parity and mapping accuracy across all platforms.
- Maximize direct booking contribution via brand website and corporate channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align pricing and inventory decisions.
- Publish daily and weekly performance dashboards for management review.
- Identify channel optimization opportunities to reduce OTA dependency.
- Train property-level reservation teams on pricing logic and revenue fundamentals.
Experience & Educational Criteria:
Experience Required:
- 6 - 10 years in Revenue Management, including 23 years in a centralized or multi-property setup.
- Experience managing revenue for 3 - 5 hotels simultaneously.
- Prior exposure to mid-to-premium hotel chains such as Lemon Tree, Bloom, Sarovar, Treebo, OYO, Suba, or Royal Orchid.
Education:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Commerce, Hotel Management, or Economics (preferred).
- IIHM / Hotel Management graduates are strongly preferred.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Skills & Tools:
- Revenue forecasting and dynamic pricing strategy.
- Strong understanding of OTA dynamics, RMS, and channel managers.
- Hands-on with RateGain, TravelClick, STAAH, AxisRooms, and PMS dashboards.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
