Role: Regional Head - West Business Unit: Student Housing Welcome to Zolo, where we're on the lookout for a visionary Regional Business Head to lead our Student Housing business in the West Zone. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 gig. We're looking for a fearless leader who can tackle challenges head-on, inspire their team to greatness, and seize every opportunity for growth and success. As our Regional Head for Student Housing, you will head multiple accounts across different geographies, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. Here's what you'll get to do : - Be the ultimate customer champion, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by conducting regular reviews and showcasing your team's achievements - Handle escalations with the utmost grace and professionalism, turning every challenge into an opportunity to shine. - Delight customers with a satisfaction score of 4+ out of 5 across all services and accounts, while ensuring invoices are submitted on time and collections are done within TAT - Lead with a focus on profitability, managing budgets while ensuring compliance with internal and external processes - Develop and deliver training programs that help your team members achieve their potential both professionally and personally.
