Role Summary:
- We're looking for a high-energy People Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You'll be the backbone of people operations, owning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes while actively driving employee engagement, culture building, and community initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage core HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, documentation, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
- Build and execute employee engagement frameworks, R&R programs, and culture-building events across teams and locations.
- Be the go-to person for employee queries and welfare initiatives.
- Track and improve employee satisfaction through regular feedback loops and engagement surveys.
- Partner with internal stakeholders for seamless HR delivery and improved employee experience.
- Lead CSR/community initiatives that promote connection, purpose, and positive brand culture.
- Ensure policy adherence, process compliance, and timely resolution of HR ops issues.
- Collaborate with TA, L&D, and Admin teams to enable a smooth end-to-end people journey.
What We're Looking For:.
- 4-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with a community-first and people-centric attitude.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think creatively while implementing scalable HR practices.
- A natural cultural ambassador who leads by example.
