Role Overview:
- The Senior Product & Growth Strategist plays a central role in shaping our product vision, driving feature development, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.
- This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product strategy, growth, content, and operations.
- You will collaborate closely with the CEO, tech teams, assessment specialists (TC team), and field operations to convert ideas into structured product solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to translate ideas into structured product roadmaps and feature concepts.
- Create FRDs, PRDs, wireframes, and workflow documentation for the mobile application.
- Work closely with the technology team to clarify requirements, support development, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the TC (psychology/assessment) team to convert assessment frameworks into digital product features.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Oversee UAT, track feature performance, and support continuous product improvement.
2. Growth Strategy & Marketing Support
- Support the development of growth strategies for B2B school onboarding and product adoption.
- Manage content for the website, social media, and brand communication channels.
- Develop product-focused marketing collaterals, pitch decks, landing page content, and campaigns.
- Analyse user engagement, funnel metrics, and campaign results to guide future improvements.
3. Sales Enablement
- Work with the sales team to create and maintain sales collaterals, presentations, brochures, demo scripts, and proposals.
- Ensure product messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with customer needs.
- Provide strategic support to improve lead conversion and onboarding flows.
- Train and guide the sales team on feature updates and product positioning.
4. Operations & Project Execution
- Coordinate school-level program execution, workshops, assessments, and operational activities.
- Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and finance-related operational tasks.
- Build SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency across delivery teams.
- Monitor program performance and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for partner schools.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, documentation (FRD/PRD), and user experience flows.
- Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B environments is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user insights.
- High ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work across multiple verticals.

- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear documentation and communication.
- Creative thinking with an understanding of digital learning and skill development trends.
