About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our business operations across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based sales, deep understanding of PEB and solar structures, and proven leadership in driving growth through strategic partnerships and high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, warehousing, logistics, and solar EPC segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and key clients.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing insights to refine sales approaches.
- Drive strategic partnerships and expand the company's presence in emerging markets.
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven expertise in B2B and project sales within PEB, solar, or EPC sectors.
- Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, structural design concepts, and industrial applications.
- Excellent relationship management and business negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and drive results.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and mentor sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and finance teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
