THE ROLE

As a Principal, you will be one of Zinnov's senior leaders helping enterprises redesign how work gets done in the age of AI. You will advise global CXOs on AI strategy, workforce transformation, engineering productivity, global talent strategy, and AI-enabled operating models - helping organizations move beyond experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption, translating AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Strategy, Workforce Transformation & Operating Model Design

- Advise CXOs on enterprise AI strategy and organizational implications of AI adoption

- Help clients scale from AI pilots to enterprise-wide implementation

- Conduct AI impact assessments across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Supply Chain

- Design future-state operating models integrating human talent, AI copilots, automation platforms, and AI agents

- Lead workforce redesign, role evolution, workforce planning, and organizational restructuring driven by AI

- Build reskilling and capability-building strategies; guide change management and adoption planning

- Assess organizational AI readiness across talent, culture, governance, data, technology, and processes

2. Global Talent Strategy & Future Workforce Design

- Advise enterprises on future global talent strategies shaped by AI-driven changes in work

- Design AI-enabled GCC and global capability hub strategies aligned to long-term business objectives

- Assess AI's impact on location strategy, workforce distribution, sourcing models, and talent investments

- Develop workforce scenarios and strategic talent plans balancing automation, AI, and human expertise

- Guide organizations in building high-value capability centers focused on innovation, product ownership, and AI

3. AI & Engineering Transformation

- Advise technology leaders on AI's impact across the software development lifecycle

- Help clients redesign engineering orgs around AI-assisted development, intelligent testing, and automated DevSecOps

- Develop frameworks for AI-native engineering organizations including team structures and role evolution

- Advise on AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and engineering best practices

4. Business Development, Thought Leadership & Practice Building

- Drive revenue growth as a trusted CXO advisor; shape and lead large-scale transformation engagements

- Publish whitepapers, frameworks, and POVs on AI, workforce transformation, and the future of work

- Represent Zinnov at industry forums, executive roundtables, and conferences

- Mentor and develop consultants, managers, and future leaders within the practice

- AI Strategy & Workforce Transformation - Deep expertise in assessing AI's impact on work, workforce structures, operating models, and organizational design. Ability to translate AI opportunities into practical business transformation.

- Future of Work & Global Talent - Strong understanding of how AI reshapes talent models, workforce planning, GCC strategies, location decisions, and organizational structures.

- AI & Engineering Fluency - Working knowledge of how AI technologies transform software engineering, product development, operations, and enterprise workflows.

- Executive Advisory - Proven ability to advise CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and COOs on AI, talent, operating models, and organizational change.

- Business Development - Demonstrated success expanding executive relationships, shaping strategic opportunities, and driving growth across industries.

- Thought Leadership - Ability to create compelling intellectual property and influence market thinking on AI, workforce transformation, and global organizations.

- Global Mindset - Experience working with senior stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia, navigating global organizational dynamics from India.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 12-18 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, workforce transformation, organizational design, technology advisory, AI transformation, or future-of-work consulting

- Demonstrated success advising enterprises on AI strategy, workforce transformation, operating model redesign, GCC strategy, or future-of-work initiatives

- Experience working directly with C-suite executives on large-scale strategic transformation programs

- Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption and implications for workforce design, productivity, governance, and organizational effectiveness

- Ability to engage credibly with technology leaders, HR leaders, and executive stakeholders on AI's practical business impact

- Experience working in or building Global Capability Centers (GCCs) from India strongly preferred

- MBA from a premier institution or equivalent advanced degree preferred

- Prior experience at a leading consulting, advisory, or transformation-focused organization strongly preferred
