Knowledge Transition Management Expert - GCCs & Global Engineering (Zinnov)

Role Purpose:

Zinnov's Knowledge Transition Management Expert enables seamless, risk-mitigated knowledge transitions when global engineering and IT work moves to newly established or scaled Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The role ensures continuity, speed-to-productivity, and operational stability, which are critical to successful GCC build and scale journeys.

What the Role Delivers:

- Structured Knowledge Transitions: Designs and executes proven transition frameworks to transfer engineering, IT, and operational knowledge across global locations.

- Faster GCC Productivity: Accelerates ramp-up of new GCC teams through hands-on enablement, reducing dependency on legacy teams.

- Risk Mitigation: Identifies and mitigates transition risks related to attrition, knowledge loss, and delivery disruption.

- Engineering & IT Continuity: Ensures smooth transfer of application, platform, DevOps, and IT operations knowledge.

- Global Stakeholder Alignment: Acts as a single point of accountability across client leadership, source teams, and GCC teams.
