This role combines hands-on execution with strategic ownership of performance outcomes, attribution, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is data-driven, growth-oriented, and experienced in managing performance marketing at scale
What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy, including planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid campaigns.
- Lead paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as primary channels, with exposure to YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and programmatic platforms.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through full-funnel performance strategies, optimizing for CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and overall funnel efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize upper-funnel digital awareness campaigns across platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google Display, etc.), with a strong understanding of reach, frequency, CPM, brand lift, and their impact on downstream performance metrics.
- Act as the primary owner of paid marketing KPIs, aligning campaign performance with business goals, seasonality, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team; set clear goals, review performance, and enable continuous skill development.
- Analyze audience behavior, performance trends, and conversion data to build high-performing, audience-specific campaigns.
- Manage and optimize media budgets efficiently to support scalable growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, funnels, and audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Own attribution and measurement strategy across platforms, working closely with analytics and product teams to improve tracking accuracy and funnel visibility.
- Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, product, analytics, and tech teams to ensure effective campaign execution and messaging alignment.
- Mentor junior performance marketers or manage agency partners, ensuring high-quality execution and learning culture.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing with direct ownership of paid campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; working knowledge of YouTube and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing and scaling significant monthly media budgets.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting (not just strategy or coordination).
- Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product, tech, finance, and leadership.
- Clear communication skills to present insights, experiments, and performance updates to stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platform certifications.
- Experience with mobile app marketing and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.
- Exposure to performance marketing in travel, mobility, marketplace, or consumer internet businesses.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, automation workflows, and smart bidding.
- Working knowledge of SEO, CRM (SMS, WhatsApp, Email), and content-led growth.
