Zetwerk - Program Manager - Operations & Process Transformation

Program & Project Management:

- Own and drive end-to-end program execution across multiple operational initiatives.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones and track progress through Jira.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and engineering.

Business Process Design:

- Understand operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and finance.

- Translate business processes into structured workflows and system requirements.

- Identify inefficiencies and design scalable process improvements.

ERP & System Translation:

- Convert business process requirements into ERP workflows and system configurations.

- Work with product and engineering teams to implement process changes within ERP systems.

- Ensure system processes accurately reflect operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, logistics, and technology.

- Communicate program status, risks, and progress to leadership.

- Facilitate discussions between business teams and technical teams to align on solutions.

Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track program metrics and provide periodic status reports.

- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive resolution.

- Maintain documentation including process flows, FRDs, and operational playbooks.
