Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner based in Bangalore, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the people function and business leadership. You will work closely with department heads to align human capital strategies with operational goals, ensuring that talent initiatives directly contribute to business growth. Your day-to-day will involve managing the employee lifecycle, driving performance excellence, and fostering an organizational culture that thrives on high accountability and rapid execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable HR strategies that drive team productivity and retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process to ensure objective evaluations and continuous feedback loops across all departments.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify talent trends, attrition patterns, and engagement gaps, providing data-backed recommendations to senior management.
- Lead organization development initiatives that support scaling operations, including structural design and change management programs.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues by providing coaching and mediation to maintain a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance management frameworks and drive a culture of meritocracy within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Proficiency in HR analytics with the capability to translate raw data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Proven experience in organization development, specifically in designing interventions that improve team efficiency and operational alignment.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bangalore, maintaining high visibility and accessibility to the teams you support.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a dedicated HRBP or generalist role, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics, or technology sectors.
