- Partner with the CEO/founding team on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of company wide goals.
- Drive cross-functional projects spanning trading, financing (NBFC), operations, and technology teams.
- Own the company's operating rhythm: leadership meetings, OKRs/goal tracking, board reporting, and follow-through on action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support key strategic and investment decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO/founding team, representing their priorities across the organization.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the business.
- Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites.
- Manage special projects, including new market entry, partnerships, and fundraising support as needed.
