Zethic - Business Analyst

Job Title : Business Analyst (3 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a business analyst with strong B2B understanding and the ability to clearly capture and translate client needs into actionable requirements for our development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with B2B clients to understand business goals and challenges.

- Gather, analyze, and document requirements (user stories, workflows, BRD/FRD).

- Convert client needs into clear specifications for design and engineering teams.

- Support teams throughout the SDLC with requirement clarifications.

- Participate in requirement workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

- Ensure deliverables meet documented requirements and client expectations.

Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years as a business analyst in a software development service-based company.

- Strong understanding of B2B processes and client communication.

- Proficiency in requirement documentation, process flows, and Agile methodology.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to integration/API projects.

- Basic understanding of data analysis/SQL.
