Next-gen regulatory risk & compliance capabilities The 10th largest financial institution in the world by valuation - HDFC Bank - with over 40 million retail Customers, is migrating credit cards, debit cards, deposits, loans, and all of their retail banking from Fiserv and Oracle Flexcube to Zeta over the next four years. In addition, we are currently migrating a large US issuer with 6m+ cards onto the Zeta Tachyon platform. Also, we are in advanced discussions with various Top issuers with combined card volumes of 25 million+ cards. Zeta has over 1700+ employees - over 70% in technology roles - across locations in the US, EMEA, and Asia. We raised $280 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in 2021. The Role: As a Program Manager for the office of Zeta's CEO, Bhavin Turakhia, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of a wide-ranging set of projects that span business, people, technology, product, etc. Your success will be a result of your ability to: - juggle multiple balls gracefully - prioritize tasks or dependencies across competing projects - build relationships & gather context from relevant stakeholders - ask the right questions to the right audience - communicate, escalate, and provide timely updates What would you do here? - Tabulate, organize, and present updates across various programs at various levels of granularity (on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) - Diligently annotate and record minutes and outcomes of project reviews, check ins, and other types of program reviews - Build meaningful relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the organization - Participate in / Conduct regular meetings, stand-ups, and project review cadence sessions - Understand in detail how specific tasks for a particular project are decomposed and how they are interconnected and impact timelines and outcomes - Identify blockers and issues proactively with a goal to escalating appropriately with a strong bias for action - Design & maintain detailed trackers and metrics across multiple projects and programs - Identify and plan for dependencies and contingencies across projects and interconnected programs - Ensure rigorous and diligent follow-ups across all projects and programs - Perform RCAs and assist project teams with various post-project rituals such as documentation and post-mortems What are we looking for? Experience and Education: - 7+ years experience as a Program Manager - Experience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plus - Undergraduate Degree in Engineering + Graduate Business Degree (MBA or equivalent) Skills, Attitudes, and Competencies: - Very well developed project management skills and a strong understanding of agile methodologies, ideally supported by relevant certifications and coursework - Proficiency with tool-chains and concepts like JIRA, Trello, Smartsheets, OKR management software, Kanban, etc - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to corral people needed to solve a problem rapidly - Clear thought process & ability to communicate very competently verbally and in writing - Detail orientation (cross every t and dot every i)Resilience, humility, and the ability to thrive with feedback - Analytical orientation with ability to use data to answer questions and solve problems - Strong relationship management skills - able to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders - Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships both internally and externally - Adaptable, approachable, and open minded with an ability to work across cultures and geographies - Hands-on with the ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities & timelines - High degree of integrity and ethical standards Life At Zeta : At Zeta, we want you to grow to be the best version of yourself by unlocking the great potential that lies within you.
