Zeta Interactive was placed in Gartner magic quadrant for multichannel campaign management.  Job Title : Data Analyst  Position Type :Permanent  Location : Chennai  Shift timings : 3 PM to 12 AM  Job Purpose  Managing day to day operations of data management and work with our marketing team and supporting them with data analysis and reporting.  What you will be doing  - Work with the strategy and Email team to understand and document their reporting and analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs needed to support the team's ongoing growth.  - Manage day to day operations of data management including file processing, troubleshooting, and monitoring accounting reports to ensure clients are paid in a timely manner.  - Analyse data sources sent over by new and existing clients to ensure compliance as well as assess quality.  - Run database queries providing targeted recommendations for the mailing team.  - Analysis of specific business problems, ad-hoc analysis, modelling and forecasting.  - Assist in creating monthly operating plans and forecasts.  What we are looking for  Skill  - Experience in data-driven problem solving.  - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills  - Excellent analytical, business modelling, and problem-solving skills.  - Exposure to software such as Tableau a significant advantage.  - Very detailed and excellent client communications skills.  - Writing, documenting, testing, and maintaining SQL is an added advantage.  Education Qualification : Bachelors/Masters of Science in Statistics, Mathematics  Years of Experience : 1 to 2 Years in similar Job Role  Benefits  - Competitive Salary Packages and benefits  - Company cab facility from your doorstep (pick up and drop)  - Company provided dinner, apart from a round the clock healthy snack bar at the office  - Weekly Team Lunch   - Collaborative, lively and an upbeat work environment with young professionals
