This individual will be responsible to drive the global compensation and wellness strategy at Zeta, Flock & Radix. This role will also lead the effort on creating a unified HR Systems and lead the HR Analytics across the group. What is the job like? Compensation - Responsible for driving the global compensation strategy for Zeta. - Be responsible for industry benchmarking, determining pay ranges, effectively managing wage costs for the organization. - Design and execute company-wide ESOP policy. - Responsible for driving variable compensation plans (short and long term incentives, executive compensation, sales incentives) - Own the performance management process end to end. - Forecast wage movement and track budgets vs actual across various functions. - Responsible to guide the management in taking critical decisions with respect to all compensation, people cost, benefits etc. - Ensure we are compliant with all state and national laws with respect to compensation across levels. Benefits - Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. - Insurance, reterials, flexible pay and other employee focused benefits. - Own all employee related policies which has a cost impact and drive them to the best in the industry. HR Systems and Analytics - You will own all HR Systems and automation of all HR process across all companies and ensure these systems are unified and the entire employee lifecycle starting from hire to exit is managed digitally. - Automate data source and drive analytics through the same. Identify key organizational metrics and create and own corporate dashboards. Who should apply for this role? Candidate Attributes: Education: Preferably BTech / MBA from Tier 1 Institutions. Resourceful: Working as a compensation manager you will be required to work on several tasks parallelly from conducting several analysis, conducting internal-external surveys, primary and secondary research, working with the management team on strategic initiatives, running appraisals, etc and you should be able to effectively uses all channels and resources that are available at your disposal and be able to independently generate some of them to deliver on the set goals Analytical: Should be extremely analytical in your thinking, you should be able to collect, weigh and analyze data. You should be able to draw trends and see what it means to business objectives and should be able to influence management decisions Mathematical: Calculating compensation and other related areas can be complicated and require solid working knowledge of math and statistics. Innovation: You should constantly think of newer ways to motivate and reward people while ensuring we exceed business objectives and maintain good financial health Communication: You should be an excellent communicator and should be able to articulate your thoughts in a simple and understandable manner in order to translate that into key decisions and actions items Experience: - Overall experience of about 10 Years in a multi geographical Compensation and Benefits role. - Should have worked in a technology company which has seen significant growth. - Demonstrating financial management and budgeting skills. - Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) - Strong Time Management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
