Location: India (Remote).

About the Role:

Zeta Global is seeking a Manager, Programmatic Analytics & Insights to join our growing team supporting one of our largest agency relationships.

You'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and media performance-turning complex information into stories that drive smarter marketing and measurable results.

In this role, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate data into insights, guide campaign optimizations, and shape how Zeta delivers value through its programmatic ecosystem.

You'll be a key contributor in helping clients understand why their campaigns perform the way they do-and how to make them perform even better.

What You'll Do:

- Drive performance: Monitor and optimize programmatic media campaigns across display, video, and emerging channels to improve ROI and brand outcomes.

- Deliver insights: Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence client strategy and media investment complex information into stories that drive smarter marketing and measurable results. decisions. Build smarter reporting: Create and enhance dashboards, QBR presentations, and real-time campaign summaries that highlight key performance trends.

- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product and Engineering to refine Zeta's measurement tools, automation, and analytics frameworks.

- Mentor and Manage: Support junior analysts, share best practices, and help evolve the team's overall approach to campaign measurement and optimization.

- Innovate and evolve: Stay ahead of ad-tech trends, emerging privacy standards, and data-driven storytelling techniques to keep our analytics sharp and forward-thinking.

What You Bring:

- 4-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media strategy, or performance insights (agency or brandside).

- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including DSPs, DMPs, and key programmatic platforms.

- Proven ability to analyze and visualize large datasets using Excel, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.

- Experience with SQL or Python is a plus (not required).

- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills-you know how to make data make sense.

- A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
