- Identify Enterprise software Partner and evaluate potential partners that align with the companys strategic goals.
- One who has sold Enterprise software, globally and through partners.
- Ability to identify the right Partner with synergies to ZestIOT enterprise software product offering.
- Experience in Partner enablement.
- Exp in negotiating the key terms ad partnership agreement.
- Exp in building and nurturing relationship.
- Exp in identifying relevant partners, GTM and channel strategy for enterprise software.
- Exp in selling software through partner in international market is a added advantage.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure partners are engaged and satisfied with the collaboration.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize the value of partnerships.
Performance Tracking:
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
- Analyze partnership performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the marketing team to promote partnerships and joint initiatives.
- Develop co-marketing campaigns and materials to support partnership goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinkers with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
