We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing company. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and driving the company's financial success. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and business acumen. Preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports. 2. Strategic partner to the Founders and translate the overall corporate strategy into financial and business plans and projections, prepare budgets, periodical reviews and operational performance. 3. Coordinate with all functional heads for the speedy resolution of all financial issues 4. Monitor tax planning and compliance (both direct & Indirect tax) 5. Taking care of all manufacturing locations from a financial stand point and ensuring that costs incurred are rationalized. This also extends to optimizing the entire supply chain & procurement cycle for the firm 6. Preparation and maintenance of monthly MIS, budget vs actual analysis, compliance trackers 7. Work closely with other finance functions on statutory compliance like GST (Goods and Service Tax) returns, TDS returns and income tax returns. 8. Build effective control systems in a rapidly evolving and highly dynamic start-up environment, without constraining the growth potential of the company. 9. Balancing short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash flow, liquidity, and profitability, and long-term vision and sustainable organizational success. Qualifications/Key competencies: 1. Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience ideally coming in preferably from Manufacturing Industry 2. Proven experience as a CFO or a senior finance manager in a fast-growing manufacturing company or a related industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis. 4. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. 5. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. 6. Experience in building scale and start-up situations is desirable.
