We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Instock Manager to lead our inventory availability efforts across 6 warehouses in the North and New Cities regions. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring high availability at MotherHubs/Warehouses for our customers. You'll lead a diverse team and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to achieve your goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- As Regional Instock Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain MH availability at all 6 designated warehouses. This involves a comprehensive approach, including:
1. Capacity Planning: Proactively assessing and managing warehouse capacity to accommodate incoming inventory.
2. Purchase Order Management: Analyzing available open purchase orders and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to identify actions needed for maintaining availability, such as:
- Scheduling POs effectively with internal replenishment teams.
- Overseeing and optimizing the unloading process at warehouses.
- Maintaining optimal Inbound (IB) utilization.
- Minimizing hold and return percentages from warehouses.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
- Providing strong leadership, mentorship, and performance management to your direct reports and broader team.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive results, including:
- Planning Team
- Replenishment Team
- Central MH Team
- Category Teams
- Product Team
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Mother Hub(MH) Availability: Ensuring products are available at Warehouse.
- Inbound (IB) Utilization Percentage: Maximizing the efficient use of inbound warehouse space.
- Hold and Return Percentage: Minimizing inventory held up or returned from warehouses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inbound logistics, and inventory control principles.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and leading diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
