Your Role: - As the Planning Manager at Zepto, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, business modeling, and program management of our Loyalty Program. - You'll be the owner of Zepto's loyalty/subscription model, and will be tasked with creating planning models from scratch for key metrics like ARPU, Frequency, churn, adoption etc. - Tracking conversions at various user cohort levels. You'll maintain day-to-day governance against the above plans, conduct root cause analysis of major deviations from plan and adapt the planning model as necessary - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, Growth, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful program execution. - Manage all aspects of program planning, implementation, and post-launch analysis. Implement robust tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the program's performance. - Create detailed program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. - Prepare and deliver regular presentations/analysis to senior management and other stakeholders. What We're Looking For: - 2-4 years of overall experience, demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases - The candidate must possess advanced Excel, SQL/ Python skills - BI Tools experience is highly preferred - The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning/ modeling. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
