Your Role: - Assist in setting up company wide review mechanisms, defining success metrics, conducting reviews, and governance of action plans. - Develop and manage the business' KPI infrastructure to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans. - Deep dive into markets to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve market share in select geographies. - Build strong relationships with different teams and stakeholders within the organisation and work closely with them to improve specific areas in the P&L. - Analyze data, trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the organization. - Work with various business units and help them solve problems and aid optimizations through a mix of analytical and creative problem-solving. What we're looking for: - MBA with 1-3 years of experience in an impactful role, preferably in a high-growth startup. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is a must. - Sharp business acumen - The ability to understand levers and their impact on business growth and profitability in the long-term. - Possesses a solution-driven mindset to think strategically and holistically, weigh opportunities and constraints and communicate the same transparently to senior management and business leaders. - An unending quest to reinvent the wheel - requires you to relentlessly question the status quo to identify new opportunities through strategic vision and creativity. - A hustler at work who is deeply passionate about the impact his initiatives drive.
