
Role - Senior Manager - Rewards & Analytics (HR COE)

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in HR, Business analytics, Statistics or related field from a Tier 1 Institute with 3+ years of experience in Rewards & Analytics in Product/Consulting/Internet/E-commerce/Startup Organisations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to a HR leaders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Rewards:
- Design, implement, and administer compensation structures, incentive plans, LTI programs and benefit programs aligned with business and talent strategies for executive employees
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and internal equity analyses to ensure competitive and fair pay practices
- Manage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and incentives
- Provide advisory support to management on both stock- based and non- stock incentive plans such as ESOPs, SARs, and performance- linked cash plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Total Rewards & CHRO on matters related to total rewards strategy, design, and governance
- Support the manpower cost budgeting process and monitor budget metrics
- Review and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the market.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and external administrators on budgeting, dilution analysis, and plan administration.
Analytics:
- Own end to end HR analytics and reporting across attrition, hiring, workforce planning, engagement, and productivity.
- Lead the people analytics strategy and roadmap, embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics into core people decisions
- Build and scale predictive models for attrition risk, hiring quality, performance outcomes, workforce demand, and internal mobility
- Collaborate with HR leaders to develop metrics that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key HR metrics across the employee lifecycle (hiring, performance, engagement, attrition
- Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical use of employee data
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in people analytics
Must-have skills:
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits & esop design, and statutory compliance
- Experience in the design and structuring of long- term incentive (LTI) plans is highly preferred
- Should possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technology
- Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking and market surveys
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong & advanced analytics: Excel/Gsheets, SQL, Python/R, statistics, predictive analytics
- Solid understanding of HR domains (TA, performance, L&D, rewards)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
