Your Role : You will report to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Planning and will be responsible for the following : - Forecasting, Planning & Governance P&L Planning : - Create a forecasting and planning model from scratch for key metrics such as top line, margins, and discounts - Maintaining day-to-day governance against the above plans; Conducting Root Cause Analysis of major deviations from plan and adapting the planning model as necessary Customer Retention Planning : - Create a forecasting and planning model from scratch for key metrics like ARPU, Frequency, Visits and Conversions at a user cohort level - Maintaining day-to-day governance against the above plans, similar to that mentioned above (in P&L planning) - Business Analysis - Engage with stakeholders to deep dive into their daily business problems and generate insights based on complex data sets Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's/P.G Degree from a Tier 1 institution - 1-3 years of overall experience - Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases - The candidate must possess advanced Excel, SQL, and Python skills - BI Tools experience is highly preferred - The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales forecasting and statistical modeling What We're Looking For : - People with endless curiosity and hunger to learn - Owners who will think of Zepto as their own venture - Operators obsessed with the last bit of detail and willing to own end to end execution of mission critical programs - Ability to manage senior stakeholders within Zepto to drive strategic goals Why Join Us? - This role has direct P&L implications.
