Your Role: - Work with the central team & tech leadership to plan onboarding & induction of new joiners in their respective functions - Lead employee engagement activities & team level engagement at your location along with central team to ensure maximum participation & engagement - Act as trusted advisor to the employees, resolving conflicts, addressing their concerns & foster a collaborative and inclusive environment - Conduct regular 1-0-1s with the employees to understand their engagement level, handle grievances and interpersonal conflicts, provide proactive insights from the connects & build solutions around them - Manage initiatives & projects at functional & departmental level - Work with the central team & tech leadership to ensure smooth execution of performance management cycle - Work towards developing HR agenda for your function by understanding business priorities & integrating the same with business leaders What We're Looking For: - Bachelors or Master in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field - 1-3 years of experience working as HR Business Partner, Engagement Specialist, Talent Management Specialist, or a similar role - Decent knowledge of HR practices, performance management, talent management - Good time-management skills - Quick decision-making skills - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build and influence key stakeholders - A keen eye on details - Strong work ethics - Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required Why Join Us?
