We are looking for a Group Product Manager who thrives in a hyper-growth environment and can lead complex, data-first products across Search Relevance, Catalog systems and Personalization experiences.
This role demands a blend of analytical depth, user-first thinking, and product vision to shape AI-powered discovery experiences. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and operations to deliver scalable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Drive long-term product vision and roadmap for AI-led discovery products including Search, Ranking, and Recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, enabling high-quality execution and career growth.
- Balance speed and scale in a fast-paced environment while thinking long-term.
Data & AI Product Ownership:
- Own the strategy and execution of data-driven products leveraging ML and LLMs.
- Define success metrics and implement evaluation frameworks (e.g., nDCG, recall, CTR uplift).
- Translate business problems into AI opportunities through tight collaboration with DS/ML teams.
User-Centric Innovation:
- Champion the user across all journeys, especially in discovery, search, and product detail experiences.
- Identify key user friction points and lead initiatives that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with design to craft intuitive, modern UI/UX that matches Gen-Z expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, data science, and operations through clear documentation and storytelling.
- Lead product reviews, prioritize trade-offs, and ensure seamless execution across orgs.
- Operate autonomously with a bias for action and outcome orientation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building ML/LLM-based products (e.g., semantic search, recommendations, personalization).
- Strong analytical skills with comfort diving deep into SQL, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Demonstrated success launching high-impact, user-centric initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence.
- Prior experience in consumer internet / e-commerce is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Data Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
- Experience managing discovery experiences (search, filters, voice/image queries).
- Passion for solving real-world user and business problems using technology and design
