Your Role: As the Content & CreativeDirector at Zepto, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating our brand identity, driving user engagement, and creating memorable experiences across all touchpoints. You will be the final authority and custodian for all things creative for the brand at all touchpoints. You will lead a talented creative team and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including social media marketing, owned media content, brand design, community management, performance marketing creative, in-house studio establishment, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Marketing & Community Management: - Develop and execute dedicated social media strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. - Create and post original content that aligns with the brand's voice, captures moment marketing, cultural trends, and user insights. - Emphasize a video-first approach and scale video content creation. - Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer marketing collaborations. - Focus on metrics, organic growth, and user engagement - Establish communication channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. - Foster valuable conversations with customers and build a thriving community. 2. Paid & Owned Media Content & Creative Strategy: - Craft creative strategies for push notifications, email marketing, and newsletters. - Leverage user insights to personalize communication at a city and category level. - Tailor content based on business priorities and past performance. - Oversee all app-related creative assets. - Understand performance marketing targets, target audience segments, and channel/media targeting. - Create high-converting, innovative performance creatives aligned with business priorities, category marketing, and brand campaigns. - Work with brand team for key campaign GTM and surround content 3. Brand Design & Identity: - Be the custodian of the mother brand and develop a unique and distinct brand design language. - Create exceptional brand identities for private label brands. - Understand category and user behavior to build distinct brand assets. - Develop a comprehensive end-to-end branded service design playbook. 4. In-house Studio for Video Marketing: - Develop a vision and strategy for an in-house studio to produce high-quality videos and photos. - Enable content creation across all touchpoints using in-house resources. 5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a highly empowered and motivated creative team to help achieve above. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration to support the brand's vision and business priorities.
