Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Brand cum Category Manager to manage brand partnerships, optimize category performance, and ensure seamless execution of day to day keybusiness operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for catalog management, inventory availability, merchandising, and brand performance analytics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cataloguing & SKU Management - Ensure accurate listing and categorization of SKUs on the platform. 2. PO Management - Raise and schedule Purchase Orders (POs). - Conduct PO and invoice quality checks. - Assist in GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and stock returns. - Monitor liquidation plans and expiry management. 3. Availability & Inventory Management - Ensure adequate stock availability across all stores. - Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize stock levels. 4. Merchandising & Promotions - Plan and allocate ad spends based on brand objectives. - Develop and execute campaigns, promotions, and offers to drive growth. 5. Portal Access & Issue Resolution - Manage access to vendor and brand portals. - Troubleshoot operational issues efficiently. 6. Brand Performance Measurement - Track brand performance metrics and derive actionable insights for growth. - Work closely with internal teams to optimize sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - 2-5 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management and E-commerce operations. - Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance tracking. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience in Quick Commerce or FMCG is a plus.
