Responsibilities: - Improve internal processes from campaign planning to execution to drive time and cost efficiency through tools and mechanisms. - Leverage insights & trends to enable sales team on building sales narratives and pitch Zepto Ads to existing & new clients. - Execute media strategy with support from internal teams and review with advertiser. - Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy. - You are expected to be involved in both sales & customer-facing interactions (with agency and advertiser) as well as internal stakeholder teams. Skills / capabilities required: - Ability to dive deep into problem statements and come up with data-driven practical solutions - Comfort in handling complex data sets and ability to invent & simplify. - Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders and earn trust. - Display a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers - Should be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Zepto's ambitious growth plans. - Strong knowledge of programmatic Display, Search and Ecommerce will be beneficial.
