The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions, sales, and revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute performance advertising strategies across Meta, Google, and DV360 to drive conversions, sales, and revenue growth. - Manage and optimize ad campaigns to achieve optimal ROI, CPC, and CPM targets. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that resonates with our target audience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest ad platform features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign performance. - Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies. - Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and campaign efficiency. - Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance advertising on Meta, Google, and DV360. - Proven track record of success in managing high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions, sales, and revenue growth. - In-depth knowledge of ad platform features, targeting options, and bidding strategies. - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software. - Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of programmatic buying and ad exchanges. - Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or DV360. - Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
