
- The Director of Product Marketing will lead and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Primary Objectives:
- Product Marketing: Lead and execute outbound marketing activities aimed at generating product awareness, differentiation, and demand.
- Market Education: Develop initiatives to inform and educate target markets about the value and competitive advantages of our products and services.
- Product Collateral Management: Serve as the central repository for all product collateral.
- Standardization: Define and standardize training materials, product guides, presentations, sales tools, stationery, colours, logos, end-user documentation, and packaging for both internal and external use.
- Collateral Matrix Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive collateral matrix to ensure appropriateness for various occasions and objectives.
- Digital Presence: Build a robust digital presence across earned, owned, and paid channels to enhance brand awareness, consideration of ZeOmega's services, and lead capture.
Secondary Objectives:.
- Sales Support: Foster a satisfied and motivated sales force through effective marketing collateral.
- Internal Marketing Collaterals: Create marketing materials for internal functions.
- Marketing Programs: Design short-term marketing programs aimed at achieving specific marketing goals.
- Functional Expertise: Leverage knowledge in processes, tools, and techniques to plan and execute marketing collateral.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain excellent personal rapport with Sales, Business Development, Brand, and other marketing functions.
-Campaign Leadership: Craft persuasive materials and lead focused campaigns to build awareness and engagement.
-Messaging: Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Education & Experience:.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
- An advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 12-15 years of combined experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Global Experience: Experience working across time zones is desirable.
