
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Senior Product Analyst is responsible to conceptualize solution framework for product requirements and deliver functional blueprint.
- Define the product component scope in sync with overall product vision and work closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products.
- Additionally, undertake artefact review to ensure quality deliverables.
- It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- The Senior Product Analyst job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
PRINCILE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Product Managers to define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned Modules.
- Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
- Be an expert on assigned product components & understand our competition very well.
- Review Gap identified in the ongoing implementation projects and projects in pipeline and provide expert solution.
- Drive & manage Jiva core product track and client specific solutions track in parallel.
- Deliver product artefacts (User Stories, BCD's, BRDs and PRD/FRS).
- Provide artefacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries.
- Carry out thorough market research, competitor's research, policy impacts & tech feasibility.
- Work with PD teams to share product vision, clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions.
- Work as SPOC on assigned module for Implementation team to provide expert solutions for gaps.
- Work with SME's to review solutions for policy & customer practices impact on ER/CR & NPI's.
- Work with SME's all cross-functional teams to bring ideas for ER/NPI's and prepare business case.
- Be creative & curious to bring NPI, continuous enhancements.
- Interact with clients, as needed, along with PSG Bas.
- Prepare artefacts such as ER Diagram, Visio workflows and other documents as needed.
- Mentor and monitor trainees, new joinees, Associate Analysts.
- Deliver product walkthroughs on enhancements or initiatives related to assigned modules.
- Review test cases and ensure quality and maximum scenario coverage as part of TQM
- Business Analysis experience of (6-8 years) in a similar work area or healthcare industry
- Experience in software design and development preferred
- Knowledge of Population health management, Medicare, Medicaid, MCO Compliance standards.
- Basic knowledge on MSSQL
- Experience in US healthcare payer and provider markets is required
- Knowledge of full Software and Content Development Life Cycle (CDLC) is required
