Zenworx Knowledge Partners - Senior Analyst - Business Research

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Business Research Analyst with experience supporting institutional investors such as investment banks, private equity or hedge funds, or asset managers. The candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, insight-driven research outputs across sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep-dive company profiling, industry landscaping, and competitive benchmarking

- Build and manage large datasets by sourcing and synthesizing information from public and subscription-based platforms

- Interpret sector trends, business strategies, and competitive positioning to generate meaningful insights

- Monitor macro and sector-specific developments to assess market risks and opportunities

- Create crisp, client-ready outputs-reports, dashboards, or presentations

- Work independently or as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements:

- Postgraduate degree (MBA or Master's in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business or investment research roles for institutional clients

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex datasets

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; VBA/macros preferred)

- Familiarity with business and financial databases such as Capital IQ, PitchBook, Similarweb, Senteio, etc.

- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities

- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to support international clients
