Zenworx Knowledge Partners - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Research

Zenworx is seeking a seasoned Business Research Leader with 12+ years of experience to lead and deliver strategic research engagements for global investment management clients.

Role Overview:

The role involves managing a wide range of high-impact research projects from market sizing and competitive benchmarking to investment screening and commercial due diligence. The candidate will be expected to guide teams, ensure high-quality outputs, and engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic research across sectors and geographies for global private equity and asset management clients

- Drive research that interprets financials, benchmarks performance, and supports investment theses, target screening, and due diligence

- Manage and grow client accounts; drive proposal development, pitch strategy, and business development initiatives

- Own pilot/POC delivery to demonstrate value to prospective clients

- Manage teams, ensure output quality, and build reusable knowledge frameworks

- Develop talent through structured coaching, performance management, and hands-on team leadership

Requirements:

- 12+ years in business/investment research, with strong client-facing experience

- Expertise across market sizing, industry deep-dives, benchmarking, financial analysis, and due diligence

- Strong financial acumen - able to interpret company financials, understand performance metrics, and evaluate business fundamentals

- Prior experience in consulting, KPOs, or investment research roles

- Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated team management abilities, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and workload planning

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and research tools (Capital IQ, PitchBook, etc.)
